Based in the historic port of Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK. The Head Case story began in 2015 with a curiosity style shop however since Covid locked us all down for a while, the direction has changed dramatically and we are now officially Head Case Cigars.
We began ‘at the top’ by selling fine, hand-made Cuban Cigars and have swiftly expanded our range to include many New World Cigars. Pre-Covid we had 5 types of cigars and now in 2024 we currently have over 200 different options for you to choose from in the Ultimate Pick & Mix.

We have the best selection of cigars (over 200 different types) on the UK’s South Coast, specialising in fine, handmade cigars from many countries including Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Honduras and our range is forever changing according to customer demand and availability.
A unique Cigar shop in Southsea, Hampshire, we are known as a destination because we also sell a growing range of smoking accessories plus curious items such as our bespoke Head Case Taxidermy.
Visitors are encouraged to browse and perhaps sit for a while with a coffee or an alcoholic beverage. We have inside seating or if you sit outside, you may enjoy smoking your latest cigar.

One of my favourite shops
I quite often make the trip from Southampton, Head Case Cigars has a wide and growing range of Cuban and New World cigars. Tony knows all that is worth knowing about cigars and understands completely how to make customers feel welcome. A visit to Head Case is always a great experience.
